• Deposit: A minimum deposit of $500 is required to secure a vehicle purchase. This deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase.
• Pricing: All vehicle prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
• Payment: Full payment must be made before the vehicle can be delivered or picked up. We accept various forms of payment as outlined on our website or during the purchasing process.

3. Vehicle Availability All vehicles are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our inventory up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee that any vehicle will be available at the time of your inquiry.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

• Warranty: We provide a limited warranty of one month or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase. This warranty covers major mechanical defects but does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or damages resulting from misuse or neglect.
• Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are sold with a clean title and meet our quality standards. However, vehicles are sold “as-is” beyond the provided warranty unless otherwise specified.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns: Vehicles cannot be returned once the purchase is completed. Please ensure you are satisfied with the vehicle before finalizing the purchase.
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your purchase before finalizing, please notify us immediately. The deposit will not be refunded if the purchase is canceled after confirmation.

6. Liability AA&M Motors LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of a vehicle. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. – Vehicle Storage Fee Policy

At AA&M Motors LLC, storage fees will apply for vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup time or 48 hours after service completion.

• Outside Storage: $75 per day
• Inside Storage: $125 per day

Terms:

• Storage fees start after 48 hours of notification.
• All fees must be paid in full before vehicle release.
• Vehicles unclaimed for over 30 days may be subject to legal action, including sale to recover costs.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Schenectady, New York.
